Hi, I’m Caretia (KA-ree-sha) (she/her), and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington, and I’ve been a mental health therapist and holding space for clients for over 20 years. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk with you on your journey toward deeper healing.

My practice is intentionally small, so I can give my full attention and care to each person I work with.
